How can someone keep up with an exercise regimen throughout the entire year?

A balanced exercise plan includes 30 minutes of running over the course of five days and two or more strength training sessions per week. Cardio and endurance activities are great for burning calories. Any activities that get your heart and lungs pumping like walking and running.
