Of course, in general, there are already many sources of pollution (which live in air, water and soil media) which have a detrimental impact on human (physical) health. Some of the sources of pollution are industry, illegal mining (gold, coal, sand, and the like), households and the private sector.
Industry produces a lot of polluting materials:
1) Factory waste (hazardous substances) that is disposed of intentionally or unintentionally so that it eventually flows into waterways, rivers, lakes or the sea. Polluting water areas which will be bad for humans either directly or indirectly.
2) Factory smoke containing CO2, CO, SO, and other similar gases which will pollute the air to the point of reducing health levels, causing potential disease for humans, and environmental quality (including causing climate change or shifts in the long term).

After everyone agrees with the idea or model that you are proposing (with modifications), on the basis of that model, then it can be proposed and discussed potential actions, interventions, or coping policies for the pollution problem; cooperation between community elements and government elements.
