  2. Break meat packages at the counter. If they refuse, you can just buy it in bulk and freeze it. You can also try to negotiate at the customer service desk if the product is near its expiry date.
  3. Know the best day to shop for groceries. Most grocery stores restock on Wednesday with a lot of promotions on their products. When they restock, they also try to get rid of their other products, so they sell it for less.
  4. Buy at Aldi. They have cheaper meat and produce products. But if you don’t have any Aldi stores nearby, you should try checking the packaging of the products. You can check the price and the grams/ounces and compare it to the others with smaller packaging. Because items in big packages don’t necessarily make you save money.
