How to choose the best place to see a sunset

The easiest way is to track the sun and the direction it’s going in on your horizon. If you live near a beach those are usually the best spots to catch a sunset or rise.

You can also download an app that tells you exactly where the sun will go down in your location. Helio, Alpenglow, and Sky Candy are great apps for predicting sunsets.

I think the best one is climb on the roof and watch from there, because at least you can see that from all the sides
