There is a reason why you are in that state of mind. In my case, I went on depression because of a loved one who passed away. I had a lot of regrets and I couldn’t move passed it because there is no way of letting my loved one know how much I am sorry about the things I wasn’t able to do for him. How I wasn’t able to make him proud and how selfish I was. The good thing about it was I was aware why I was depressed.
They say the first step was admitting you have a problem. So the good thing for you is that you are acknowledging that you are going through depression. The second thing for you to do is knowing what triggered your depression because every depression has a story or sometimes a lot of them. It is important to know the reason of your deep sadness or numbness. And the next thing to do is find a support system you are comfortable to share your stories with. I had a support system who was also going through what I was going through. Someone who is going to give you a safe space, who is not going to pretend to know what you’re going through and who is not going to judge you.
The last thing for me that made me snap out of it was the realization that I wasn’t going to change the past. So I decided to just focus on the present and the future. Which is to change myself for the better and not make the same mistakes I’ve made that made me have those regrets. I focused on the people in my life that are still with me and I know by that, I was also making up to my loved one who weren’t there anymore. And that mindset alone made me feel better. It worked on me, so I hope it helps even just a little bit on you.
Take note that I didn’t get out of what I was going through in just one day. You kind of take it one step at a time. You are not alone and someone out there is also going through the same thing so find them and connect with them. You can also try out this natural depression treatments.
There are a number of steps you can take to manage, and navigate depression. Making small changes to your daily routine, diet, and lifestyle habits can all have a positive effect. If a person feels sustained, intense, feelings of sadness or loss of interest in activities, they may have clinical depression. People also refer to this condition as major depressive disorder. However, there are small steps you can take to help you gain more agency in your life and improve your sense of well-being.
Meanwhile, develop a positive routine and engage in rewarding activities; developing a routine can help you stay active and out of the mire of depression. This routine can involve scheduled activities or a daily repetition of mental health strategies. For example, you can start your day with a positive self-affirmation and end it by writing down something you are grateful for. Research has found that incorporating rewarding activities (seeing friends, movement, engaging in things you enjoy) into your routine can help with depression.

I don't know what causes you to experience stress symptoms, you need to research it yourself. But in principle, these symptoms are often found in people who are in a state of "forced" or "angry" (there is a difference between desire and reality) for a long time while your body & soul do not accept this reality. So you have to reconcile the reality you are experiencing with the natural needs of your own body & soul; improve your behavior, match wants with needs, be friend with good people, move to a good environment, and know your purpose in life.

In the world, i am sure that nobody is free from depression including those therapist or counselor those treat this disease what we called as depression. So first i would like to tell you that you are not alone to fight from this disease. Every one are sensitive in nature for different kinds of things. Somebody are sensitive in different things but other are sensitive in other things. The best ways to treat this disease is sharing the thoughts to close one. While sharing do not hide any things. Some times we can only imagine problems and over analyse that speculated problem and then unnecessary goes that problem in our subconscious mind even though there is no real existence of that problems. While sharing the thoughts and problems you can overcome from that problem.
Even if the problem is real, please try to busy in works and enjoy traveling and nature. Pls try to accept the problem rather than to run up from that problems. Start chanting mantras, God name, dhayam, yoga practice that help you to overcome from the problem. Do social services
Note: I feels whatever the problem and happiness comes in our life is due to your Karma. The problem comes in our life is due to karma of this birth karma and previous birth karma. Whatever we have done karma in previous birth, we have enjoy this birth
