Speak with people in that field. They will provide you with information about what their interviews were like and what information you should prepare. You can also do a mock interview with them.

One of the most important things is to research the company thoroughly. Be knowledgeable about them and be able to share why you want to work for them specifically. This can involve anything from their mission statement, their productivity levels, outreach programs, etc.

This Indeed article provides some additional tips and has a link to frequently asked interview questions. I hope this helps you prepare.

Research to find the most likely questions for that field. You can find these online or by speaking to others at the business or working in that career. This will allow you to come up with possible answers in a low-stress environment.

Here is a link to possible questions, though they aren't generic to a particular type of internship.

Make sure to have everything ready the night before your interview - your outfit, your resume, sample work, etc. The day of, you'll likely be nervous and more likely to forget something.

Dress appropriately: Dress professionally for the interview, even if it is a virtual interview. This shows that you take the interview and the internship seriously.

Have questions ready: Prepare some questions to ask the interviewer about the internship or the company. This demonstrates that you are engaged and interested in learning more.

Follow up after the interview: Send a thank-you email or note after the interview to express your appreciation for the opportunity and to reiterate your interest in the position.

Remember that the interview is an opportunity for the company to get to know you and for you to learn more about the internship and the company. Be confident, enthusiastic, and authentic, and show that you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team.
