Maybe yes or no! Every job has its downsides but a fresh graduate might face difficulty in landing his/her first job. However, Indeed can help with this idea; how to get a project management job with no experience. Project management is a great career choice for many because working as a project manager usually comes with important responsibilities, job satisfaction, a great salary, and the ability to work with different people on a project team.

In conclusion, check this article on Careersidekick project managers have a high demand and the profession can be very rewarding. For anyone that is aspiring to take top management positions, ready to face new challenges, and loves to learn, unlearn and relearn, PM is the best fit for them.

If I were in your shoes, I will stick with the Indeed article tips.

The role of a project manager can be an enriching experience. They are responsible for every facet of a project, from parceling out tasks to picking materials. A project manager should be multi-talented when leading their team and have both hard and soft skills.

A few personality traits are expected of a project Manager; empathy, modesty, authority, pragmatism, foresight, organization, and client orientation. For starters, having a PMP certification as a credential makes you more appealing to employers and recruiters.

So, a project management position is a good entry point into an organization. You can get a role as a Business Change Analyst and from that to a Business Change Manager and then into project management.
