Pumpkin pie

I was able to find the easiest way to make a Pumpkin Pie, however what she used on her recipe was a Pumpkin Puree. So you need to make a pumpkin puree first out of your fresh pumpkin. What you do is cut off the stem, then cut the pumpkin in half and scrape off the seeds. Drizzle oil on them and bake them until it become super soft. Peel off and get rid of the skin and blend the pumpkin on a food processor. If you find it too watery, you can drain it using a cheese cloth. That’s it.
