Istanbul is a beautiful city. One of the many interesting facts about Istanbul is that it is divided by 2 continents which is Europe and Asia. It is fun to know that you can travel in two different continents in one city just by riding a ferry or a taxi.

Istanbul is one of the safest cities to visit in Europe, just take some precautions you’d normally take while on vacation. The people there are friendly and hospitable. And there’s no better way to find local gems than talking and mingling with the locals.

There are also some tips you need to know for your travel to be less of a hassle. Since most of the tourist spots there are usually mosques. If you are a female, you should always bring a scarf with you because most mosques need you to cover your head. You should also wear socks since you’ll have to remove your shoes when entering. If you are traveling in a budget, then this vlog is perfect for you. I hope it helps.

i've been there for 06 days, i only visited main tourist attractions near Blue Mosque, and a nice aqua park named turkuazoo,

it's a huge city with so much history and so much to see

maybe 20 days will be enough to be fair

Istanbul is a large and diverse city with many sights and activities to see and do, so how long you need to visit depends on your interests and the amount of time you have. However, most travelers recommend staying at least 3-4 days to see the main attractions and get a good sense of the city.

Istanbul is a city that is famous for many things, including:

History and culture - Istanbul is a city with a rich history, and it was once the capital of the Byzantine and Ottoman empires. Visitors can explore ancient landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque, which are all UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Bosphorus - The Bosphorus is a strait that separates Europe and Asia, and it's one of the most iconic landmarks in Istanbul. Visitors can take a boat trip on the Bosphorus and enjoy the beautiful views of the city's skyline and the many palaces, mansions, and fortresses that line the shore.

Food - Istanbul is famous for its delicious cuisine, which is a blend of Turkish, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern flavors. Visitors can enjoy traditional dishes such as kebabs, mezze platters, and baklava, as well as delicious street food such as simit and roasted chestnuts.

Architecture - Istanbul is home to a unique blend of architectural styles, from Byzantine and Ottoman to Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Visitors can explore the city's many historic neighborhoods and see the beautiful mosaics, tilework, and frescoes that decorate the city's buildings and landmarks.

Mosques - Istanbul is known for its many beautiful and historic mosques, the most famous of which is the Blue Mosque, which is known for its intricate tilework and six minarets.

The Nightlife - Istanbul offers a vibrant nightlife with many clubs, bars, and live music venues to explore. The city has a lively atmosphere, and visitors can enjoy a drink or dance in one of the many rooftop bars or clubs in the city.

Additionally, you can take a day trip to the nearby Princes' Islands or take a Bosphorus cruise.

If you have more time, you can also explore the neighborhoods of Istanbul, such as Beyoglu, where you can find the famous Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, or the historic district of Sultanahmet, where you can find many of the city's ancient monuments.

It's worth noting that, Istanbul is a very big city and you will need to decide what you want to see and do in advance and plan you're itinerary accordingly. If you are short on time, you can also take a city tour which covers the main attractions in one day.
