Why are kids so flexible?
Children under the age of ten are often more flexible than others. Their bones are naturally not as hardened yet as they are still growing. As they hit puberty and their bodies begin to change, they are likely to lose some of their flexibility. This is all completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Their bones and body tissues are different than an adult's. Their bones are still growing, so they're made out of more cartilage than adult bones. So, from baby until puberty, they tend to be more flexible since their bones can bend more. As we age past puberty, we often become less flexible as our joints become stiffer, and we lose water in our tissues.

That’s why its more difficult for children to have fractures because their bones are more flexible and less dense than adult bones. This means that their bones are less likely to break when subjected to stress or trauma. However, when children do experience fractures, they can be more difficult to diagnose because their bones are still growing and developing. Children's fractures may also take longer to heal and may require special treatment, such as the use of special casts or braces, to ensure proper healing.
It is also worth mentioning that children are more active, and their bones are still developing, so they may suffer from fractures due to their level of physical activity, or even due to lack of proper nutrition or other underlying conditions.
