Why would someone's friends begin to exclude them?
There can be many reasons why friends might exclude others. Maybe they feel they have more in common with some people than others. Maybe they feel like they can't trust someone. Maybe they're just trying to protect themselves from getting hurt. Whatever the reason, it's important to talk to your friends about why they're excluding you and see if you can work things out.
